1. Private workspace content

CellHood does not use the substance of private laboratory records, protocols, media formulations, notes, images, outcomes, or audit records for analytics, advertising, profiling, resale, or product development unrelated to the service requested by the group.

2. Usage statistics

CellHood may collect limited technical statistics such as page response times, feature usage counts, browser type, error events, and service availability. These statistics are used only to improve functionality, usability, performance, security, and reliability.

3. What usage statistics exclude

Usage statistics are designed not to include culture names, experimental results, proprietary protocol content, media lot numbers, notes, uploaded images, report contents, or other private scientific information.

4. Access and review

Operational access to private records is limited to authorized group members and personnel who require access to secure or support the service. Access should be controlled, logged where appropriate, and limited to the minimum necessary purpose.
